Refund Policy for Eternity Global Technology
- Full refunds are available if services are canceled within 5 days of payment.
- For cancellations after 5 days, charges will apply based on the working hours spent on the project, with the balance refunded within 45 days.
- Service renewals must be canceled at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.
- If cancellations are made after the billing cycle starts, charges for the working hours during that month will apply.
- Payment is required even if services are not utilized after signing up.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 45 days of cancellation.
Web Design & Development
- Web design and development projects require significant resources, time, and internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
- Payments for custom design projects (e.g., website designs, individual page mock-ups, smaller design components, enhancements, additional pages, logo design, etc.) and custom development projects (e.g., PHP programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, E-commerce websites, Shopify, etc.) are made in increments as a courtesy to the client.
- Payments for custom design projects (e.g., website designs, individual page mock-ups, smaller design components, enhancements, additional pages, logo design, etc.) and custom development projects (e.g., PHP programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, E-commerce websites, Shopify, etc.) are made in increments as a courtesy to the client.
- If applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for.
If the client has paid only 50% of the project as a down payment and the project is more than 85% complete, the client must pay the full agreed proposal amount to Eternity Global Technology Solution LLP if the project is canceled or if the client does not respond within 15 days of completion. No refund can be given in this scenario.
Web Hosting
- The web hosting amount paid by the client on a yearly contract is non-refundable since the payment is made in advance to a third-party hosting provider by Eternity Global Technology Solution LLP, and the server is configured to meet the client’s needs.
- Monthly or quarterly contracts can be canceled by informing us at least one month before the renewal date.
- Once the account is renewed, the client must pay for the renewed duration.
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period of the hosting contract if the cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.
Domain Registration
Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once the booking is complete
Digitial Marketing
- SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable.
- Clients can cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- SEO rankings may be affected by changes in search engine algorithms, policies, or functionality.
- Link building, a component of SEO, is based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect URLs provided by you, and no refunds or money-back guarantees will be offered in such cases.
- Eternity Global Technology Solution LLP is not responsible for SEO results if the client engages with other third-party SEO services.
- The frequency and ranking of a website’s appearance in search results can vary, and immediate changes in search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for any adverse effects on rankings due to changes in website content made by the client or a third-party service provider hired by them.
